- Alpenglo Property “on-call” Representative and Owner’s Housekeeper are advised of upcoming reservation information
- Guests check-in at the Best Western Alpenglo Lodge in downtown Winter Park
- Payment is collected, keys are issued with area information packet and map/directions to property
- A property inspection is performed after guest departure by Alpenglo Properties Representative, monitoring any damage and confirming completion of housekeeping service
- Net Rental Proceeds are distributed to Owner monthly with rental detail
