  • Alpenglo Property “on-call” Representative and Owner’s Housekeeper are advised of upcoming reservation information
  • Guests check-in at the Best Western Alpenglo Lodge in downtown Winter Park
  • Payment is collected, keys are issued with area information packet and map/directions to property
  • A property inspection is performed after guest departure by Alpenglo Properties Representative, monitoring any damage and confirming completion of housekeeping service
  • Net Rental Proceeds are distributed to Owner monthly with rental detail

 

Don’t  pay 50-60% of rental revenue  in property management fees

  • 20% API Booking Fee
  • 80% Net to Owner *

  • 25% API Booking Fee
  • 75% Net to Owner *

Booked by Travel Agent

  • 10-20% Travel Agent Fee
  • 25% API Booking Fee
  • 60-68% Net to Owner *

*API Booking Fee is 25% of the Gross Rental after  deducting Travel Agent Fee.
* Exclusive of any additional services or charges that may be deducted due to owner preauthorization, on-call emergency services, etc.
